Expatriate Manpower Utilization Permit (IMTA)

IMTA is applied after RPTKA has been issued. IMTA approves the Expatriates to work legally in Indonesia’s Territory.

Telex Visa

Telex Visa is issued by the General Director of Immigration to be delivered to Embassy of Indonesia’s Office in Expatriate home country.

Limited Stay Permit (Kartu Izin Tinggal Terbatas/KITAS)

Limited Stay Permit is applied by converting the Telex Visa maximum 30 days after the expatriates enter Indonesia.

Police Report Certificate

Should be applied to the Indonesian Police Office through the Local Police Office.

The regulation for this has been waived. However, it is still requires for expatriate work permit renewal process by the local province Authorities

Certificate of Registration for Temporary Resident

It is a civil administrative letter granted to foreigner who holds the Limited Stay Permit. This should be applied at Civil Institution Local Office.

Should be applied to the Local Integrated Public Service Office

Other than above, the personal documents in which Expatriates should prior have are the passport,  education certificate, and reference letter as expatriates working experience with the minimum requirement of 5 (five) year.
